PURCHASE INFORMATION

Timescales

Following receipt of an order, artwork can usually be dispatched within two working days.
Prints can take between two and seven days to be dispatched dependent on stock levels.
I require approximately four weeks to complete a commission, but this varies throughout the year according to demand and depends on the scale of the project. Please go to the Commissions page or contact me to discuss your requirements.
If you need an item quickly, I will try my best to accommodate.

Shipping

All UK orders will be posted by either Royal Mail 1st Class or courier dependent on size.
For International and EU shipping, customs, import taxes and additional charges may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Postal prices will vary.

Payment

I currently accept payment by bank transfer, PayPal and for overseas customers, Western Union (please be advised additional charges will apply).

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please contact me within seven days of delivery.
Items will be refunded if returned in their original condition and within ten days of delivery.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please provide photographic evidence.

Cancellations may be accepted if received before items have been dispatched.
